  One of the worst parts of this game is having no access to unlocking buildings or features once the unlock/item is unavailable in packs. I cannot level gear, buildings etc. No matter how much a spend. MS doenst care and wont help. What other game in the world wont give players fair and equal access to features? Its not about spending, i can spend, but will never get what i need bc its unavailable. Its like football players returning from injury to play and being told they must play without footwear bc you cannot buy cleats now. Lame and no support, poor product that i supported and then they wont listen to reason and support their customers

  i have bought a couple of packs now. i had a total of 2 mercenary future commander models and 2 future commander models. In my cratesspecial tab. THEY ARE NOT. NOT ONE OF THEM. does anyone know once you use them from my crates how to access them and use them to change your commander model.

  This Game is the worst Ever. It is Garbage. Because they wont do a thing to stop the ACCOUNT stealing and or Fraud as the comment above states. Don't waste your time and or Money Cause unless you got BIG MONEY to spend for BILLION+ power you will be robbed endlessly by upper levels. FYI people will befriend you over a few days and then claim to want to help you and buy packs. Don't fall for it. It is a account stealing trap.

  I know someone that gets at least 20 packs a day.. no way he buys them... I know he sells packs to people for 70$ a pack... how? idk they dont tell you Another person sells you packs for 80$ a pack and selling you RSS for pretty darn cheap... how? Still dont know...
