One of the worst parts of this game is having no access to unlocking buildings or features once the unlock/item is unavailable in packs. I cannot level gear, buildings etc. No matter how much a spend. MS doenst care and wont help. What other game in the world wont give players fair and equal access to features? Its not about spending, i can spend, but will never get what i need bc its unavailable. Its like football players returning from injury to play and being told they must play without footwear bc you cannot buy cleats now. Lame and no support, poor product that i supported and then they wont listen to reason and support their customers
