  Sometimes an X appears after about 35-40 sec (no countdown timer seen), usually but not always in the upper right corner. Some ads have a countdown bar at the bottom of the screen. You can also take a screenshot and give it to JJ customer service in hopes that they can address the issue or remove the ad.
