June's Journey: Hidden Objects
The "Hot Air Balloon" was one of the Marvelous prizes from the May 2017 Country Fair Seasonal Set, which was before the worldwide release (Oct 2017). Since then, it has appeared as prizes for other events.I don't know of a website to search decorations by name. I usually go to Regis Barbanchon's site http://regis.barbanchon.free.fr/jj/index.html . For example for this deco, I went to the Sweep the Board prizes and saw that it first appeared in May 2017. I went to the seasonal set lists where I looked up May 2017.

Secrets Event - 3Feb to 10Feb 2025 @06:00UTC (7 days)
“The Climb” is a repeat episode from Feb 2024, with different 1st deco prize, but the same 2nd deco prize.
Three scenes (each used twice) were created specifically for this event; the rest are scenes from the regular game. Cost of play is 14 blue energy bolts, or 9 if you watch an ad. One blue energy bolt regenerates every 2 minutes until the bar reaches the maximum of 50 (or 90 if you bought the extended bar for this event).

Hi Cheryl. Toward the end of the month sometimes you can get a sneak peek at the next Seasonal Set by going here: http://regis.barbanchon.free.fr/jj/index.html. Navigate the Menu by clicking on Seasonal "24", then scroll down to the month of interest. Lots of historical info here as well.

+PrtScn. The file is saved to the Screenshots folder in your Pictures folder. You can also us the Snipping Tool which is available in all versions of Windows Vista, 7, and 8 except the Starter and Basic editions.
