  Well I am having the same issue. And going based off all the same issues I guess I shouldn't expect a response back either from them. Sad because I love playing the game and just because of a username we should be able to go back to that with our password. So frustrating. I have turns waiting.

  I played this morning, first time on the new format (I think it's awful!) and discovered the sounds had turned themselves on. Went into Settings, unticked the Sounds boxes -- but it asked me to sign in before I could Save. I couldn't remember the password, so I clicked on "forgot password" and reset my password via the link they sent. When I tried to go back to my account, I discovered they had issued me with a different Buddy number - my old one, but with four extra numbers added on the end (now a 14 digit number when it was 10 before). I tried to change my username back by deleting the extra four numbers, but it says "password already in use"!! Of course it is - it is mine!! Can anyone tell me how to reclaim my original account, plus my level 50, plus my bonus rolls and thousands of diamonds? I'm in the middle of three games with regular buddies too. I've emailed the online help form but no response. VERY frustrating.

  The swords are just 1s.. They aren't anything special nor do they do anything special,,they're just for looks..

  I had three swords and a six and a two. It didn't let me have three of a kind or four of a kind , and only gave me six on six wtf

  Lol.....just figured it out, they are regular dice. The Sword and Sheild represent the "1".

  The dice with the swords replaced the one dice. So if you roll 4 swords and a 2 dice it will equal 6.
