If u try to change your date and time setting.. example i play on 2nd november.. i change the setting to 3rd november and open the virtual town app… and then close the app again.. and change the setting back to 2nd november.. and again open the app..
Sometimes u will get random uncommon/rare growing beetwen your common flowers.. then just have to give fertilizer ..
