Don't get what you don't need. Open satchel and click on quartz. If you click on the green bar, it will add points to your game.
I suggest you get rid of 65 and leave quartz at 100. You can do this for any item of the first three tabs. Be careful not to leave yourself short.

It opens after level 30.
