I FIGURED IT OUT!!! Basically, you need to clear as much on the top and bottom as possible, leaving the middle be for as long as possible, but WITHOUT touching the tiles I’ve marked with an ‘X’ until the very end. I drew lines connecting the way the pairs are supposed to be matched in order to solve the puzzle. Hope that helps!
(I was so sad because I thought I wouldn’t be able to play any further, until I finally saw the pattern - yay!)

Did any of you figure it out?? Cause mine looks like Laura’s as well… :(((
