@Mephist Z. I wrote that scene 4 is similar to scene 509 because both scenes look the same but for-036, the names of some objects have been changed. So, it's considered a new scene. For example, in scene 509, you have the Fleur-de-lis but on the scene from Secrets, the Fleur-de-lis is called carved flower.
