I updated the game yesterday to v 2.15.2, the "What's New" clearly says a new building...Summer House is ready to start construction..." but there is nothing in the store. What am I missing?

As long as everything is drama free I am interested. :) I am a new player but I have completed 298 levels in 2½ months.

Has anybody ever had this happen? I've lately also had trouble moving/removing objects from my island. (I just updated the game, btw.)
