You right Justin, for the others :
- Power of evil = Madara/Bito
- Creation of akatsuki = Deva/Konan/Nagato
- Reanimation Jutsu: Release = Oro/Kabuto/Sas/Itachi
- Ninja road = Jiraya/Sas
- Eternal Loss = reinforcements who give huge cp boost
- Hokage and Raikage = Naru/4th Raik/Bee -

Yes i know i got it but it's a reinforcement card, remove the card of your formations and put in at reinforcements, you'll get a 100M boost

train your cp (naru/sas in priority maybe)
stack up gold too 200k - 250k and spend it on a great event
NWW gave 2600 if you do lvl 100 you can get it everyday -

The better way to boost your cp fast, just farm a lot of diamond zabuza and haku, you'll be able too Breaktrough them lvl 90, except Breaktrough you can buy you're Team 7 cc (with frags only) with that you can train you're cc for an higher coefficient
