Here it is: 7, 7, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.25, 8.5

I am trying to find it now, but what I found so far are these shift points: 7000, 7000, 7000, 7500, 8000, 8200, 8500. The first two and the last two I am 100% sure of, but the two middle shift points I am constantly missing or hitting.
