I too did it accidentally. You can go to workshop where u see a option of crafting the sharp axe. Click that , there u would see dull axe is not available. Then u will see a window to buy dull axe using the nuggets. It cost 2 nuggets . Buy the dull axe and craft sharp axe. You are done.... :-)
