It won’t let me do anything at the solar panels

Hope this helps... Last step I can’t complete to charge battery it’s just blank can’t drag it or anything on that gear box by solar panels, gonna try to delete and restart

I’m on level 13, you have to clear the jungle to get to banana tree...actually before that you have to do something on a quest it’s between the two buildings on the right when you walk past the lady
