Go to the city, then tap "Buy Alpacas". Then, click the sell button. That way, you can sell your alpaca. You earn money from it too :3

You must increase your level. Defeating other alpacas to increase your level will help you catch another alpaca. You must be one level lower than it, the same, or higher.
