As you complete words in there you use up letters. Some letters are extremely common. I have several of upwards of 200+ and others none at all. Join one of the new clubs and as the club progresses you can ask for specific letters to help you complete Vanba's prize words. You can also donate extra letters to your team mates when they ask for letters.
