This combo didn't work for me

Good question, I have tried 1,2 and 5 red then 3, 4 green it is supposed to work but didn't for me, but nothing else seems to be working the timers for collections are not counting down other things aren't registering

This one thing driving me nuts, tried just about everything and it won't open

I am up to the elevator but have tried all combinations and none work
