I can't either. I have went through hundreds of fishing poles, some with bait, done without, with no luck! I've waited until the 'pull' turns green and tapped on the pull to try to keep it in the middle, but no luck! I can't complete full shipments or quests because of this. Any suggestions would be wonderful!
