i beat him with 1.3mil cp. you should crush him but you have to logically think about your stun moves.
Sasuke needs a stun and kirin or tsukoyomi
Obito needs his single stun
Kakashi should be in first position with Csow5
and hinata, neji, kabuto, in last place with csow 3

make sure that you are upgrading your equipment. even if you dont get special items focus on hero dungeons and trying to boost cp that way
also once you have your active and passive skills set yo ucan change your bloodlines to the more powerful ones but still have your skills.
