Buy a lemon maranta Seed from the garden section in the general store and plant it and water and fertilize it (fertilizing isn't necessary) when it grows tap on it and tap take and give it to whoever asked for it

Buy seeds from the general store then dig holes any where you like and then cilck on the seeds and they will plant automatically. You have to wait for an hour and a half before you can harvest them though
