Maybe you should contact help too. If they get enough complaints it might help.

I think they fixed it! I suddenly had all kinds of arrows and beat the level. Yay!

I contacted the game help about it, and got a cheery answer reassuring me that all levels can be won without having to purchase boosters. I replied that this wasn't the problem! I told them it isn't possible to win when the required arrows just aren't there! I got another reply telling me they are "aware of the problem" and are doing "whatever" about it! So we'll see!

This video isn't that helpful- it shows the game giving you all kinds of arrows. But I never get more than 3 arrows in a whole game. I'm thinking there is a glitch on this level.
