Put chojuro with cursed seal of wrath lvl 5 at the beggining and hinata with cursed seal of wrath lvl 3 at the end so you can silence him. Change tsunade for another more powerful card and also try to stun him with sasuke's active skill kirin. Also try to gold your haku and at least copper your hinata and make sure you have lvl up your equipment.
I beat him with this formation:
Chojuro sasuke naruto
Kurotsuchi sakura hinata
You should beat him with haku instead of kurotsuchi
