On 341 I never get the second man down until I have only 6 or less moves left...once he never came down! Anyone else have this problem...solution?

No matter what I do o can't get past this level! It's been 5days! I'm ready to quit the entire game! Even the preset monsters end up blowing up! I've watched the video, he just makes it look so easy! Help!
