There's always something to upgrade on your houses. I'm lvl 42 and only at 6329 magic. I still have houses that need everything upgraded especially since you start needing the green, blue, yellow, & red stones, planks, & iron bars.

No you don't have to wait until lvl 38 to be able to reach 5250 magic. I keep saying this because people keep thinking they've upgraded everything on the houses when they've missed something that needs to be upgraded. The chimney's are the only thing that has to wait until lvl 38. I don't remember what lvl it was but the windows, doors, and balconies will need to be upgraded to increase your magic. Also check all decor and walls.

That's a little funny because on my game it's telling me that the windows and doors are available to upgrade at lvl 35. I already upgraded all the chimneys, so I'm grinding to reach lvl 35.

Have y'all checked all the chimney's now that the sawmill has opened up? Need 540 magic, 2 bricks, and 1 plank from the sawmill to upgrade a chimney.

Double check all your houses to make sure you didn't miss something that needed to be upgraded, check all decor and wall to make sure you fixed them.

@M Merolla- don't give up. I'm 32 and have 4987 magic and need 5250 magic to move forward. Now that I'm at the lvl I am I have to start upgrading just the chimneys, now that the sawmill is opened up. Need 540 magic, 2 bricks, and 1 plank from the sawmill.

I would double check all your houses to make sure you didn't miss any windows, doors, or cheminies. Also make sure you fixed all the decor and walls. I was stuck for like 2 weeks and all I was missing was one chimney.

ive learned while playing this game to make sure everything is upgraded on your houses, to fix all decor, and to fix all walls. There will be time where all you can do is fill requests and help the people walking around.
