  Honestly you could probably switch out Sakura
  You have two sealers so you probably won't need a healer that much
  And if you find yourself needing some heals
  Put wound destruction on kabuto
  My formation is below
  And I'll switch out kurotsuchi for sasuke if the dungeon requires an extra sealer

  But I think i did it with a kurotsuchi and I changed kabuto back to chakra scalpel

  This is the team I did it with
  I'd say definitely train sasuke
  If you haven't
  Put explosive tag on both Hanzo and sasuke
  Lighting God armour on sasuke
  And honestly you just have to get lucky with the Hanzo poisons after that

  You need to keep him sealed
  Switch either tsunade or karin out for sage kabuto
  Use a cursed seal of wrath lvl 5 on kurotsuchi
  And I think cursed seal of wrath level 2 on kabuto
  Also try getting Hanzo for better damage
