try the first level and see if you have unlocked the last grill item, that one tripped me up, I needed to grill more meat to unlock it

check and see if you have put everything on your menu, I had to go to the last level and put the ptretzel and cinnamon oatmeal on my menu, then everything unlocked

level 57, I picked all foods with high tips, didn't use guitar man at all, didn't wait for combos unless they were right there, mouse is on the pink couch, made it with the last two customers, the happier people are the bigger the tips, hope this helps!

how I finished 57 was not to worry about combos, picked food that gave me the most money, and kept everybody as happy as I could, I didn't do much with guitar man
