  For a start in this video it shows the young girl orders 5 of the drink, on my game, she only shows 1, I have no trouble serving everyone and it would be good to have a few more people to serve to actually be able to get through this level. Not sure how I can as there are not enough orders to get the 1800

  this happed when you don´t have enough levels with 3 stars in the game, if you come a few levels and win enoungh levels with 3 stars appears the gate open. And you can keep playing forward. That happend to me me, hope that works!
