How can I update Homicide Squad

I finally figured out what the dogs, cats & suitcases do. When they pop up, they are "lost". When you click on them, you "found" them and are returning them to their owners. You are rewarded with a letter placed in the Post Office. When you earn blue stamps while working on crimes, they are stored in the Post Office too. 12 stamps will allow you to open a letter and get more rewards.
