On the transfer Market search for a player Fernando. He's tall, probably second skin, bald. you can purchase him when his overall is somewhere in the late 70's. with lots of coaching you can boost him to 89.
Find Gigliotti at Boca Juniors in the rest of America section. you can boost him from late seventies to 86. I'm currently still coaching them both so there's possibly room for improvement in both players.

Also i recommend doing some shopping at shakhtar Donetsk to find some very good Brazilian potential. such as Douglas Costa and Alex Teixeria.
