When people ask for help to load their vessel how can I help. I go to the dock but can give help because I dont, have the red buttoms

No matter what I do, I cannot catch any fish. I use the best rod and bait and it doesn't matter. Are there any tips to make that portion of the game function?

Even after purchasing a fairly expensive rod and bait I still couldn't keep ii in the boat.

Can't get flowers

I can't either. I have went through hundreds of fishing poles, some with bait, done without, with no luck! I've waited until the 'pull' turns green and tapped on the pull to try to keep it in the middle, but no luck! I can't complete full shipments or quests because of this. Any suggestions would be wonderful!

So I don't get how to catch a fish now since the recent up-date. Somehow I got a fish during the tutorial but I have no idea how I did it. I've never been able to catch one since. Can anyone explain how it's supposed to work...?
