  I think it is random and it can be a short time. Sometimes I get it while actively playing and not do anything for like 30 seconds. When I don't play it at all for like 10 minutes, I usually don't get it.

  I got free rider randomly I was eating chocolate while game was running and suddenly saw the free rider promotion it means it's random and also 1minute is needed only

  Okay I keep on getting fired I don’t do anything absolutely nothing, I don’t wake up my team and I get fired, I’ve tried this at least 4 times and following these instructions I lost a job that took me a an hour to get and I went from general manager to intern can someone be more specific somehow like should I still take my teams jobs or should I talk to my boss anyway to know if I’m close to getting free rider etc.

  Can definitely get freerider in every position. Just don't do anything for 10 minutes and remember to keep your screen on every once in a while. There is the off chance that you get fired for not taking tasks or managing team though but it's rare.

  how do you re-equip free rider after you get a promotion? Because I just got it then got a promotion and I don't have the +10% promotion nor the skin/suit on anymore

  I got it when I'm in the assistance manager position, first row. You just need to keep ignoring pop ups speech bubbles until your survival rate is 99.9% then do nothing for ~10-15mins. NOTHING. Then you will g wrt the job

  I recommend to purchase the no adds, than you can do the part time job without having to see the adds. Its really and you will gain so much time

  Just keep doing work, and every time you finish a work, a speech bubble has a chance of appearing. And it may ask you to buy a lottery ticket. Always say yes. 50 dollars is not a lot. And you could will 50000 dollars.

  Speaking is the most important skill and actually the only skill that is necessary.

  You don't need working speed at all because when you can't take anymore work, you can simply change the language, and then all task requests from your boss will be all gone.

  You don't need health at all because when you do any thing that cost your health, as long as your health is more than 0, you will be safe, so you just need to watch your health and do things once you have at least 1 life, you will always be safe.

  You don't need challenge until you become a president of a company because challenge only provide you some quick money and higher promotion chance when you collect all ways to be fired. The quick money can be obtained by changing your system time and do part-time jobs repeatedly. The collection bonus will be not useful until you become a president anyway since one of the "fired collections" requires becoming a president.

  I thought of a way to make money without working so much (thus downing your chances of getting fired for something): when you are in one of the menus - say looking at your promotion chances or skill set - your in-game timer stops (so if you have work waiting, you won't get in trouble for not answering), but crucially, the part time job counter continues (which it doesn't if you lock the screen or press out of the game). So you can actually spend all the waiting time in the menus and go straight from part time job to part time job to build up that money and buy experience and skills!
  It's kind of slow, but you make money faster when your bosses aren't constantly approaching you to buy them wedding gifts or presents for their brat kids. Your mum also can't bug you for a $10000 purse. Selfish betch.

  At the beginning, you will get fired, A LOT. Each time you get fired for a reason, your getting fired resistance % for that specific reason increases, so after a while, you simply become immune against several "threats". Also, each time you discover a new way to get fired, your promotion chance increases, and trust me, you need as much as you can pack. Don't get desperate. Advancing in rank within a company will also change the gameplay and also the way you gain experience. You stop working so much on your own and order others, below you, to work for you. There are also some "hidden" positions depending on your "managing behaviour" :). Furthermore, the more money you get, the more upgrades you can buy, thus the faster you gain exp and even more money. Side jobs help a lot. You watch an ad, and you get paid. Buying the 0.99$ remove ad option is recommended. Unfortunately, after 6-7 promotions, your promotion % gets really low (
