I was trying to figure out the Robot. Mine just stood there. When I was able to complete Cybernetics, it became more clear. To create a Cyborg you need to have a robot. You also need the 100,000 DNA and 50 Xenon. Combined, that equals a Cyborg.
Note, I am at level 520 and still having some game issues, but this is what figured out. I use the Mega Temple to show my Giants. I then create use the info above to create the Cyborgs. I empty the Mega Temple and the add the Cyborg to the Anodizing Center. It then gives me about 30 secs before I get a message that say I need to have more gold blocks (trying to figure that out) and I get a prompt to restart the game. Obviously a little frustrating with whatever bug is causing this. I did send a message to Support, so...we will see. Hope that helps a bit.

Seriously?!? I just began construction on the second pyramid and only have 2 yetis at this point... and the developers want me to just cough up 6m Dna for 7 mega temples to please Akasha. Dang it. Please someone help me improve my dna collection system...

Today is 29 Feb 2020, a couple days ago is seams like they added three peaces of knowledge, Advanced Robotics, Creationism, Electro Deposition, Witch in turn opens up Robot People, a new level in the Temples, and a gold plating building for Pyramid blocks. Still no prompt for building the 3rd pyramid.

Thanks figured it out by now… still am collecting loads of DNA, which indeed takes a lot of time. Read here somewhere that houses give DNA not people… Good tip! I found out another trick: kick one person out of your mine, temple, brewery … wait a minute, than look at all awaiting people in the game and sent them manually to that place. The more you send (untill the first one fills in that ampty spot) the more are assigned to that building, which gives you the things you need faster :)

Is level 6, giant palace capped? I'm a level 113, working on 2nd pyramid.
Also what does water plant do?
My only quest left is upgrade temple, which sucks as so much DNA needed to get wine making...

You can select on an individual telling them to go to an object ie mine vs selecting on a mine and telling people to come to it. This is how you can load extra above cap in something like a PD temple. That is not what is making it go quicker its the obilisk you have next to it thats making it go faster. The more oblisiks and the higher the people you have in that building the faster the return. I collect mine every 2 min.

The higher the level of your worker, the faster they mine gold. So upgrading to minotaurs and savants will speed things up. Also, placing as many obelisks of Aswan near the mines will also speed things up. Regular obelisks will also work, but they take up a building allotment. Crystalisks are good, too. Doing research and upgrading to borehole mines will speed things up and also make the mines unlimited. Obelisks of Aswan also increase PD production in temples and DNA in houses. They also will help refill an oasis more quickly.

That's basically what I did a while back. The problem is that once you finish the second pyramid there isn't much to do. I've been waiting around for almost a year. Some of the other players have been waiting for more than a year. Now I just collect resources a few times a day and wait. You will be able to upgrade to giants and mega temples and mega houses at some point. I have found that DNA and xenon are the 2 resources I used the most. PD was never too hard to collect. I have something like 29 million, I think.
