How do you upgrade your storage?? I am only on level 9, and it keeps telling me to upgrade storage so I can collect my lightbulbs, and nails and whatnot..but idk how to... help pls

If I understand correctly, this continues to happen as you reach peak level/light/ratios. If you do a perfect grow but see for example, "25/26" then you need to upgrade when it's available.

They will come as you level up with the mayor aide I think it is around 25+. You will start getting all the blue prints for each building you have to upgrade. I hope this helps

ARGH! I've upgraded everything already so only options to purchase anything are with diamonds.....not cash. I tried moving bushes, trees and monuments to other parts of the city, but still...noting shows u that i can buy with cash!

Those require upgrades to grandmas house and the bakery just do everyone else's tasks and grow plants to level up to open up more task for everyone
